The series consist of a Surfing Family living on a paradise island in the South Pacific. The island volcano "Vintumous Euruptous" explodes staining the sky with a veil of poisonous pollution. Everyone perished expect the surfers and those who swam in the ocean. As all surfers know the ions in the salt water rejuvinates the soul, and so The Half Dead Surf Club began.
